Yolanda's Mango Dipping Sauce |  Vegetable Day

Makes 4 servings - uses 1/4 cup of your daily fruit allowance

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 serrano or jalapeno chile, finely grated
    • remove seeds to make it less spicy
  • juice of 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed
  • salt
  • put mango, chile and juice in blender
  • puree until smooth
  • season with salt, to taste
  • enjoy as a dipping sauce or salad dressing
