Watermelon Pops |  Vegetable Day

Makes multiple servings - 4 pops are 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance

  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • mint leaves
  • cut watermelon in half lengthwise
  • cut watermelon in 1” thick slices
  • push onto popsicle sticks
  • place watermelon “pops” on a plate
  • garnish with blueberries and mint
  • enjoy!
