Kim's Portobello Mushrooms |  Vegetable Day

The perfect meat substitute. Broiled with BRAGGS LIQUID AMINO, cilantro, garlic and lime, this side dish or appetizer whets the palette with bold flavors.

Ingredients
  • 2 Portobello mushrooms, de-stemmed and cleaned
  • ½ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • PAM or other zero calorie cooking spray
Directions
  • Turn broiler on low.
  • Whisk together cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, and Bragg Liquid Aminos in a small bowl.
  • Arrange mushrooms (stem-side up) onto broiler pan, spritz with PAM.
  • Place under broiler 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove and sprinkle mushrooms with cilantro mixture.
  • Return to broiler for 6-7 minutes.
  • Serve with pinch of fresh cilantro.
