Ingredients
3/4 cup singoda flour
1 tbs Vegan Egg
3 tbs pomegranate seeds
1 tbs unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbs unsweetened apple sauce
Zero-calorie butter spray
0 calorie coconut flavor & syrup, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Divide into 5 muffins.
Air fry at 300° for 20 minutes.
