Nancy's Cinnamon Yogurt | Milk/Yogurt Day
Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance
Ingredients
- 8 oz plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- stevia or other zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
Directions
- pour yogurt into a bowl
- slowly add other ingredients to yogurt, mixing well
- adjust flavors to personal taste
- enjoy!
