Makes 1 serving. Uses 6 oz of daily milk allowance
Ingredients
6 oz plain yogurt
2-3 "legal" sugar-free candies
Directions
Pour yogurt into a bowl.
Place candies in a Ziploc bag.
Seal bag.
Crush candy to fine powder (less fine for more crunch).
Combine crushed candy into yogurt.
Adjust flavor to personal taste.
