Bess' Apple And Pear Salad |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Makes 2 servings - uses 1 oz of your daily vegetable allowance and 1 ½ servings of your fruit allowance

Ingredients
  • 1 Bosc (green) pear
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 squirts lemon juice
  • 1 packet Truvia or other zero-calorie sweetener
Directions
  • julienne pear and apples
  • cut celery on diagonal
  • mix together and put on plate
  • mix lemon juice, cinnamon and Truvia
  • drizzle over fruit plate
  • enjoy!
