Bess' Apple And Pear Salad | Vegetable/Fruit Day
Makes 2 servings - uses 1 oz of your daily vegetable allowance and 1 ½ servings of your fruit allowance
Ingredients
- 1 Bosc (green) pear
- 1 red apple
- 1 green apple
- 2 stalks celery
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 squirts lemon juice
- 1 packet Truvia or other zero-calorie sweetener
Directions
- julienne pear and apples
- cut celery on diagonal
- mix together and put on plate
- mix lemon juice, cinnamon and Truvia
- drizzle over fruit plate
- enjoy!
