Ingredients
2 avocados, diced
1 ripe mango, diced
1/4 - 1/2 red onion, diced
fresh mint, minced
Pam
fresh lime
lettuce mix
Directions
Lightly spray avocados, mango, onion, fresh mint with Pam (optional on start-up weeks)
Squeeze fresh lime
Place on a bed of your favorite lettuce mix
