Priscilla's Tomato Raspberry Dressing | Vegetable/Fruit Day
Makes 4 servings - uses 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance
Ingredients
- 3 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 TBSP Walden Farms raspberry fruit spread
- 1 cup water
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- cut tomatoes into small pieces
- blend all ingredients (salt and pepper, to taste)
- enjoy over your favorite salad!
