Pumpkin vanilla “cheese” cake | Vegetable/Fruit Day
Makes 2 servings - each serving is 5 oz of daily vegetable allowance
Ingredients
- 10 oz yogurt
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Teaspoon vanilla extract
- Teaspoon Lakanto
Directions
- Mix yogurt and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle with a little Lakanto and pumpkin pie spice.
- Bake at 350 till browned on top and firm.
- Let cool completely.
- Enjoy!
