Roasted Honeynut Squash |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Makes 2 servings - 4 oz each

Ingredients
  • 1 Honey nut squash
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Slice honeynut squash in half lengthwise
  • Scoop out the seeds and excess stringy flesh
  • Place on a baking tray
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
  • Place in oven for 20-30 mins until flesh is soft to pierce with a fork
  • Enjoy!
