Kale Fritters

Ingredients
Pam
6 oz Kale
8 oz Mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 TBSP Vegan egg
garlic
1/4 cup Singoda flour
3 TBSP legal salsa
legal ketchup optional to serve
Directions
sautéed kale, mushrooms, bell peppers with lots of garlic and PAM
in a bowl mix vegan egg, singoda flour, salt and legal salsa
add sautéed veggies then add water until doughy
divide into 9 patties
spray pan with Pam and fry the patties
serve with legal ketchup, enjoy!
