Tomato Basil Crackers

Ingredients
Pam
bunch of fresh basil
pink Himalayan salt
garlic powder
¼ cup sugar-free, vinegar-free
ketchup
1/4 cup Singoda flour
3 TBSP sugar-free, vinegar-free salsa (or make
fresh salsa
)
Directions
spray Pam over basil (stems and all) then sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt and lots of garlic powder, cook in oven until crisp
mix ketchup, Singoda flour, salsa and basil
add a little garlic powder and salt to the dough, roll it into a ball and spread it thin to bake
when half-baked cut it into little squares and return to the air fryer to bake the crackers until crisp
enjoy!
