Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
32 oz vegetable stock
approx 3 lbs assorted vegetables & seasonings as desired
Ingredients in soup pictured:
bok choy
onion
celery
butternut squash
red pepper
carrots
green beans
Himalayan salt
black pepper
Bragg’s Organic Sprinkle
Directions
pour stock in large pot
chop vegetables and add them to pot
season to taste
cover and simmer on a low flame until vegetables are soft (2-3 hrs) stirring every 30 mins
