Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, juiced
chopped parsley to garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Carefully cut and remove the core
Grease your baking dish with half a tablespoon of olive oil
Add the cauliflower and drizzle with remaining olive oil
Sprinkle with paprika, sea salt and pepper
Rub in the seasoning with your hands
Roast for 50-60 minutes, or until it’s browned and a skewer pokes into it easily
Cut into wedges and serve with lemon juice and parsley
