Maple Syrup Smoothie | Milk/Yogurt Day
Makes 1 serving - uses 10 oz of your daily milk allowance
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP of Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
- 1 TBSP of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of Xanthum gum
- 1/4 cup Splenda or other zero calorie sweetener
- 10 oz whole milk
- 5 ice cubes
Directions
- combine all ingredients in a blender
- blend until desired consistency
- note, add xanthan gum for thicker consistency
- pour smoothie into glass
- enjoy!
