Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance
Ingredients
8 oz milk
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch powdered ginger
1 pinch cloves
1 pinch allspice
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Natural zero-calorie sweetener (adjust to taste)
Directions
Heat milk in a saucepan on medium heat.
When milk is warm, add turmeric, stirring slowly to dissolve lumps.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Continue to heat for another 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
