- preheat oven to 450 degrees
- add a small amount of garlic to each half (optional)
- place on flat pan and lightly spray with Pam
- sprinkle with Kosher salt (optional)
- bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes
- watch them carefully during the last 5 minutes, so that they dont burn
