Ingredients
2 yellow, boiled, cooled plantains
4 oz. onions
1 clove garlic
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t coriander
1 1/2 t parsley
salt
pepper
Directions
place all the above ingredients in food processor
make 6-8 balls and press into patties
spray pan with PAM heat with 4 cloves of garlic
fry each side until golden brown and serve
