Apple Cinnamon Delight | Vegetable/Fruit Day
Makes 1 serving - uses 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
- 1 TBSP Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip
- 1 oz water
Directions
- heat skillet
- core and slice apple
- place apple slices in hot skillet
- add pancake syrup, cinnamon and vanilla
- cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft but mildly crunchy
- add water, as needed, to prevent sticking
- top with marshmallow dip and a sprinkle of cinnamon
- enjoy!
