Makes 4 servings - uses ½ cup of your daily fruit allowance and
½ oz of your daily vegetable allowance
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup mango, chopped
½ red pepper, chopped
½ red onion, chopped, optional
Cilantro, chopped, to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Chill.
