Chocolate Ice Cream | Milk/Yogurt Day
Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance
(note: You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 oz.) whole milk
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- Walden Farms sugar-free chocolate syrup (to personal taste)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
Directions
- mix all ingredients well and ensure well chilled
- pour into ice cream maker per machine instructions. Enjoy!
