Banana Praline Ice Cream |  Milk/Yogurt Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance

Ingredients
  • 8 oz whole milk
  • 1 tsp banana extract
  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms Caramel Dip
  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip
  • 3 Baskin Robbins Sugar-Free Pralines 'n Cream candies
    • you may substitute Werther's Sugar-Free Caramel candies
  • Walden Farms Caramel Syrup (optional)
  • NOTE: this recipe requires use of an ice cream machine
Directions
  • in a bowl or large measuring cup combine banana extract, caramel dip and marshmallow dip
  • stir until smooth and creamy
  • slowly add milk, stirring so it remains creamy
  • pour mixture into ice cream maker and let set until done (follow instructions from your machine)
    • usually 5 - 10 minutes
  • remove ice cream from machine
  • put candies, still in their wrappers, in a baggie
  • crush with a meat tenderizer, hammer or other heavy object
  • pour crushed candy over ice cream and mix together
  • drizzle caramel syrup over the top, if desired
  • enjoy!
