Ingredients
- 2 cups jicama, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small jalapeno, minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir together! Refrigerate until ready to serve.
