Homemade Salsa (Debbie) | Vegetable Day
Makes 3 servings - uses 6 oz of your daily vegetable allowance
Ingredients
- 3 ripe medium sized tomatoes, diced
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped fine
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- put diced tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, onion, cilantro in bowl
- add lime juice, toss, taste and add more lime juice to taste
- enjoy!
