Watermelon Pops |  Vegetable Day

Healthy, refreshing and hydrating, these pops are a hit on a hot summer day!

Makes multiple servings - 4 pops are 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance

Ingredients
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Mint leaves
Directions
  • Cut watermelon in half lengthwise.
  • Cut watermelon in 1” thick slices.
  • Push onto popsicle sticks
  • Place watermelon “pops” on a plate.
  • Garnish with blueberries and mint.
  • Enjoy!
