Yolanda's Mango Dipping Sauce | Vegetable Day
Makes 4 servings - uses 1/4 cup of your daily fruit allowance
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 serrano or jalapeno chile, finely grated
- remove seeds to make it less spicy
- juice of 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed
- salt
Directions
- put mango, chile and juice in blender
- puree until smooth
- season with salt, to taste
- enjoy as a dipping sauce or salad dressing
