10 Minute Zucchini Noodles | Vegetable Day
Makes 1 serving - uses 12 oz of your daily vegetable allowance
Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- PAM or other zero calorie cooking spray
Directions
- spray a pan with PAM
- sauté garlic
- add cherry tomatoes to sauté for a couple of minutes
- add zucchini noodles and basil to the sauté
- add salt and pepper, to taste
- enjoy!
