Kim's Portobello Mushrooms | Vegetable Day
The perfect meat substitute. Broiled with BRAGGS LIQUID AMINO, cilantro, garlic and lime, this side dish or appetizer whets the palette with bold flavors.
Ingredients
2 Portobello mushrooms, de-stemmed and cleaned
½ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
PAM or other zero calorie cooking spray
Directions
Turn broiler on low.
Whisk together cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, and Bragg Liquid Aminos in a small bowl.
Arrange mushrooms (stem-side up) onto broiler pan, spritz with PAM.
Place under broiler 5-7 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle mushrooms with cilantro mixture.
Return to broiler for 6-7 minutes.
Serve with pinch of fresh cilantro.
