Portobello Mushrooms with Garlic and Rosemary | Vegetable Day
Ingredients
- Portobello mushrooms
- PAM Olive Oil flavor
- garlic
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
Directions
- spray some PAM Olive Oil flavor in a small bowl
- finely chop the garlic and slightly chop the rosemary
- mix the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste in the PAM
- let marinade for at least an hour
- brush the marinade on the top of the Portobello mushrooms and either grill on the BBQ (marinade side up) or in the oven
