Mushroom Bacon |  Vegetable Day
    
	Makes 2 servings - uses 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance)
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	      
                      - ½ lb shitake mushrooms
- Bragg's Liquid Aminos
- PAM or other zero-calorie cooking spray
 
    Directions
      
                      - slice mushrooms thinly; use stems if not too  “woody”
- marinate mushrooms in Bragg's Liquid Aminos for  20 minutes
- spray a cookie sheet with PAM
- place the mushrooms on the cookie sheet
- spray lightly again
- for crispy - bake at 250⁰ for 1 ½ to 2 hours (watch  carefully so they do not burn)
- for crispy but chewy - bake at 400⁰ for 10  minutes (watch  carefully so they do not burn)
