- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 - 1/2 red onion, diced
- fresh mint, minced
- Pam
- fresh lime
- lettuce mix
Directions
- Lightly spray avocados, mango, onion, fresh mint with Pam (optional on start-up weeks)
- Squeeze fresh lime
- Place on a bed of your favorite lettuce mix
