Cream Of Mushroom Soup | Vegetable Day
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cup water
- 1 Maggi vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 package frozen cauliflower
- 1 can of mushrooms, drained well
Directions
- cook cauliflower in water until really soft
- put in blender with remaining water
- blend until pureed and smooth
- pour back into pot and add mushrooms
- add pepper if desired
option: can also make mashed potatoes by omitted the mushrooms and 1 cup of water and adding additional spices such as onion or garlic powder
