Cold Cantaloupe Soup | Vegetable Day
Ingredients
- 1 large, ripe cantaloupe
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- fresh mint springs
- 2 cups diet fruit-flavored water or similar diet drink
Directions
- remove seeds from melon, cut into cube
- puree in blender with cinnamon
- mix in other ingredients
