Decadent Dalgona Coffee |  Milk/Yogurt Day

Can't live without your coffee? We know the feeling! Dalgona, a Korean whipped coffee, is sure to hit the spot with it's unusual, fluffy texture.

Makes 1 serving. 8 oz daily milk allowance.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz milk
  • 2 Tbsp instant coffee or instant espresso
  • 2 Tbsp zero-calorie granulated sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp hot or cold water (for hot or iced Dalgona, respectively)
  • Ice (for iced Dalgona)
Directions
  • In a bowl, combine the coffee, sweetener and water.
  • With an electric hand mixer, frother or whisk, whip the coffee mixture until light brown and fluffy.
  • For hot Dalgona, heat the milk on the stove or in the microwave and pour the hot milk into a mug of glass.
  • For iced Dalgona, put ice in a tall glass and pour the milk over top.
  • Spoon dollops of the frothed coffee mixture on top of the milk and gently swirl the coffee mixture into the milk.
  • Enjoy!
