Pizza dough
| Vegetable/Fruit Day
Ingredients
1/4 cup water chestnut flour/Singoda flour (uses 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance)
6 tsp veggie stock
kale flakes
tomato sauce and any veggie you like for pizza topping
Directions
in a big bowl, slowly mix water chestnut flour and kale flakes with the veggie stock until you have dough
flatten dough into a thin base
cook in an air fryer until golden brown
top with tomato sauce and any cooked veg you like on your pizza
enjoy!
