Singoda Flour Dumplings
| Vegetable/Fruit Day
Ingredients
1.5 cup of water chestnut flour (Singoda flour)
1 cup of water
spinach
mushroom
liquid aminos
garlic
onion powder
salt & pepper
1 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
mix 1 cup of water with flour and mix with a spoon until it get to a consistency where you can mix with your hands
once it’s at a dough consistency let it set for 45 minutes in the meantime cook spinach and mushrooms
chop the mushrooms and spinach very finely
spray Pam in a pan and add garlic, cook medium heat
add mushrooms and spinach & cook for about 10 minutes
add liquid aminos, salt, pepper and onion powder
once 45 minutes is up, till out dough flat
cut out circles and roll up each circle individually to make them thin
hold circle in your palm and add dumpling filling then fold neatly
once ready to cook add a tbsp of olive oil and fry in a cast iron or any pan
enjoy!!
