Singoda Flour Dumplings |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup of water chestnut flour (Singoda flour)
  • 1 cup of water
  • spinach
  • mushroom
  • liquid aminos
  • garlic
  • onion powder
  • salt  & pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil 
Directions
  • mix 1 cup of water with flour and mix with a spoon until it get to a consistency where you can mix with your hands
  • once it’s at a dough consistency let it set for 45 minutes in the meantime cook spinach and mushrooms
  • chop the mushrooms and spinach very finely
  • spray Pam in a pan and add garlic, cook medium heat
  • add mushrooms and spinach & cook for about 10 minutes
  • add liquid aminos, salt, pepper and onion powder
  • once 45 minutes is up, till out dough flat
  • cut out circles and roll up each circle individually to make them thin
  • hold circle in your palm and add dumpling filling then fold neatly
  • once ready to cook add a tbsp of olive oil and fry in a cast iron or any pan
  • enjoy!!
