Creamy Avocado Dressing |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 TBSP of fresh dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • baby kale or any other salad
Directions
  • blend the avocado, lemon juice, garlic, water and dill
  • add salt & pepper to taste
  • use dressing over baby kale or any other salad, makes enough for multiple salads
