Accu Frozen Fruit | Vegetable/Fruit Day
Each serving uses 1 serving of your fruit allowance
Ingredients
- your favorite fruit, fresh or frozen
- 2 packets Splenda or other zero calorie sweetener
- 2 TBSP Walden Farms Original Creamer
- small chunks of frozen fruit or berries for garnish
Directions
- in a blender puree the fruit (if frozen make sure it is thawed out)
- while it is blending, slowly add cream by the tablespoon until you get very soft consistency
- add sweetener
- pour mix into popsicle mold
- add little chunks of fruit (pineapple, coconut, banana, mango, etc)
- freeze and enjoy!
