3 or 4 ounces DaVinci Gourmet caramel syrup (you can also use butter rum and tiramisu in place of caramel)
6 to 8 ice cubes
Directions
put all the ingredients in a large blender. Blend on low for 20 seconds, then on full high for 3 minutes. It doubles in volume and is thick, creamy and delicious.
note: blending for 3 minutes is important!
