Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
sprouts
olive oil Pam
salt, pepper
fresh lime
Directions
remove outer leaves and stems from sprouts
cut sprouts in half, lay halves flat side down, cut 1/4" julienne slices (a lot of the leaves will separate)
in olive oil Pam, sauté sprouts over med-high heat until they soften and start to brown
season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of fresh lime
