Ingredients
4 cups jicama
2-3 medium sized fresh tomatoes (less tomato for more spicy)
½ red onion
1 jalapeño chili pepper
1 Serrano chili pepper (optional)
½ cup cilantro
lime juice
salt
pepper
Directions
slice jicama into French fry sized sticks and set aside
finely dice tomatoes, onions and cilantro
be careful handling hot peppers - use a napkin or paper towel rather than direct contact and make sure not to touch your eyes. remove seeds from peppers and finely dice.

adjust quantity of pepper you use to how spicy you like your salsa
