Here is a dessert recipe that is ideal for two people on the diet who may want to eat both pieces of fruit at once. Obviously, for one you can divide into 4 custard cups and use 1 cup for 1 serving.
Ingredients
4 very ripe bananas
2 tablespoons pure unsweetened cocoa powder or Walden Farms chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Walden Farms pancake syrup
Directions
peel the bananas and place in a blender or food processor along with the cocoa powder
add the vanilla extract and the syrup
blend till very smooth
pour into individual custard cups or small bowls and freeze until just frozen
