Ingredients
12-15 grape tomatoes, halved
2 scallions, chopped or slices of red onion, diced
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1/2 lime
Your choice of salad greens
Your choice of seasonings. Recommended: sea salt & garlic, black pepper, and dry minced garlic.
Directions
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, scallions and avocado then squeeze 1/2 lime over it and mix.
Add in seasonings of your choice and mix.
Add in your greens and stir from the bottom up until salad and vegetables are mixed well.
