Tatiana's Cheesecake |  Milk/Yogurt Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 6 oz of your daily milk allowance

Ingredients
  • 6 oz plain whole milk yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or zero-calorie sugar-free vanilla syrup (e.g., DaVinci Gourmet)
  • 1 packet Truvia or other zero-calorie sweetener
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp unsweetened cocoa (optional)
Directions
  • drain yogurt overnight using cheesecloth or a coffee filter
  • mix drained yogurt with the other ingredients
  • pour into ramekin bake at 350⁰ for 15 - 20 minutes until the top starts to brown
  • enjoy!
