Tatiana's Cheesecake | Milk/Yogurt Day
Makes 1 serving - uses 6 oz of your daily milk allowance
Ingredients
- 6 oz plain whole milk yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or zero-calorie sugar-free vanilla syrup (e.g., DaVinci Gourmet)
- 1 packet Truvia or other zero-calorie sweetener
- dash cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp unsweetened cocoa (optional)
Directions
- drain yogurt overnight using cheesecloth or a coffee filter
- mix drained yogurt with the other ingredients
- pour into ramekin bake at 350⁰ for 15 - 20 minutes until the top starts
to brown
