Cream Of Mushroom Soup |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cup water
  • 1 Maggi vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower
  • 1 can of mushrooms, drained well
Directions
  • cook cauliflower in water until really soft
  • put in blender with remaining water
  • blend until pureed and smooth
  • pour back into pot and add mushrooms
  • add pepper if desired

option: can also make mashed potatoes by omitted the mushrooms and 1 cup of water and adding additional spices such as onion or garlic powder
