Tomato Basil Crackers | Vegetable Day
Ingredients
- Pam
- bunch of fresh basil
- pink Himalayan salt
- garlic powder
- ¼ cup sugar-free, vinegar-free ketchup
- 1/4 cup Singoda flour
- 3 TBSP sugar-free, vinegar-free salsa (or make fresh salsa)
Directions
- spray Pam over basil (stems and all) then sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt and lots of garlic powder, cook in oven until crisp
- mix ketchup, Singoda flour, salsa and basil
- add a little garlic powder and salt to the dough, roll it into a ball and spread it thin to bake
- when half-baked cut it into little squares and return to the air fryer to bake the crackers until crisp
- enjoy!
