Chocolate Ice Cream | Milk Day
Makes 1 serving – uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance
Ingredients
- 8 oz whole milk
- 10 packets Stevia or other zero-calorie sweetener
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
- 3 tbsp Hershey dark cocoa powder
Directions
- mix all ingredients in a medium bowl
- pour into ice cream maker and follow the instructions provided with your ice cream machine
- remove ice cream from machine and put in a bowl or freeze for later
- enjoy!
