Pizza dough | Vegetable Day
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water chestnut flour/Singoda flour (uses 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance)
- 6 tsp veggie stock
- kale flakes
- tomato sauce and any veggie you like for pizza topping
Directions
- in a big bowl, slowly mix water chestnut flour and kale flakes with the veggie stock until you have dough
- flatten dough into a thin base
- cook in an air fryer until golden brown
- top with tomato sauce and any cooked veg you like on your pizza
- enjoy!
