Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts |  Vegetable Day
    
	
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	     
                      - sprouts 
- olive oil       Pam 
- salt,       pepper 
- fresh       lime
 
    Directions
      
                      - remove outer leaves and stems from       sprouts
- cut sprouts in half, lay halves flat       side down, cut 1/4" julienne slices (a lot of the leaves will separate)
- in olive oil Pam, sauté sprouts over       med-high heat until they soften and start to brown
- season with salt, pepper and a       squeeze of fresh lime
